Harpy ignores spawn blocking #777

Built a base inside a snow mountain, harpy’s from primitive mobs spawn inside and bypass peaceful candle and also the interdiction block. Base is also fully lit with torches. Harpy’s still bypass.

Have you tried using wither ash?

does it have a spawn stopping effect to it? and no i have not
