Use pbf file endings in readme #17

Not sure if pbf files are required, but was confused if I should decompress the bz2 files or use pbf. Changed the Readme to be consistent with the previous changes to pbf (wiki still differs).

Thanks @sgallese ! When I first started this project I used the OSM-XML files that were bzipped. That format should still work (and is needed for OSM-XML areas downloaded from the OverPass system, but most people will do better working with the more-efficient PBF flies. :+1:
