So it kind of needs to be worked on a bit. It works as it is but needs more to it.

So there's two ways from Bay12 and TG on how to cure a disease. TG uses magic machine that cures an infected blood sample. Bay12 uses radium to make anti-bodies inside the infectees blood. Both seem a little eh... Maybe we can come up with something better. Any ideas?

Yeah, when I get sick I take it like a guy. Fuck flu shots. And besides, we need a scientific way of working this. What would you have to do to FIND the cure?

Alright then, but there still needs to be a way to find it. I think where we should go with this is to make obtainable viruses single strands, or make what would be like a hash of a virus with different symptoms and then update the host to protect against that virus hash. Originally the virologist won't know what a virus does so he'll have to inject someone/a monkey with it and watch what happens. I don't like the idea of NOT injecting a virus into someone to cure it, the job needs some form of risk besides exposure which is not likely in a controlled environment. The idea of anti-bodies was one thing I remember in Bay12. What if we use that way of weakening the virus?

Also, the way this should be going is that the vaccine helps fight the virus, but we want to achieve the ability to not even be infected by the virus, if not be completely unaffected by it. I high demand, I know but it would be preferred I think.

So I finally learned how to Viro properly within the stock code. I think I'm fine with it as is but we need another way to obtain anti-bodies beside radium I say. I killed a monkey with a radium overdose last time (still got the anti-bodies). Besides dead viruses, what substance could replace radium in order to produce anti-bodies? Maybe even different substances? I'm sure we can always milk out another use for plasma, it's kind of the purpose of the game.

Genetically engineer bacteria to produce more antibodies?

I guess that's a good idea, but we'd need a source for it. Where would we get some bacteria to modify into antibody helpers?

There's bacteria everywhere. Alternatively, have the QM order bacteria that's been cultivated for genetic engineering stuff.
