Custom name adding dialog improvements #360

Avoid recreating custom contact input dialog as @spuday90 suggested, and fix #361

Fixed #361 , although it's only checking custom names and not all names (contacts included). Should we check those as well?

I think it makes sense to avoid duplicates for contacts too
