The current Kanban board lacks an option to delete application cards. Incorporating a "Delete" button on each card will offer users the ability to remove unwanted or outdated applications directly from the board.

Proposed Solution

Introduce a "Delete" button/icon on individual application cards within the Kanban board. This feature will allow users to promptly remove irrelevant applications without navigating through multiple screens or menus.

Expected Behavior

The "Delete" button should be visibly placed on every application card.
Clicking the "Delete" button will prompt a confirmation dialog to ensure users intend to delete the application.
Upon confirmation, the card will be removed from the board, offering a smooth deletion process.
