PR previewer #212

It would be awesome if we had a server listening for pull requests which then served up the PR and commented with a link. This would basically be a small extension of what @rbtying already has running at http://master.adi.defectiveturret.aeturnalus.com/.

Could be a future infrastructure project once our docket is clear.

I like the idea! no bandwidth to work on it, though. I can provide source for *.adi.defectiveturret.aeturnalus.com to anyone who wants it, though!

I don't have bandwidth right now either but maybe someone would want to do this for DevFest. Otherwise infrastructure will get to it after Data is wrapped up.
