Cannot execute build.bat successfully under windows #39

I executed the bat file "build.bat". it needs a file named "paperCrop.sln" 
which I cannot find it in the source directory. Did you forget to commit the 
file or something else ? Plz give a me a hand ,thank you

To build PaperCrop in windows, you need to install cmake and some other 
dependent libraries to the pre-specified locations. Please refer to 
CMakeLists.txt. Thank you.
