As part of our project's development process, we need to engage with stakeholders who potentially has an interest in collaborating with us. This involves reaching out to potential partners, organisations, and individuals who can provide valuable insights, resources, or support for our initiative. The purpose of this issue is to track the process of contacting and communicating with these stakeholders to explore collaboration opportunities and receive real feedback throughout the development process.

Tasks

• Compile a list of stakeholders who have shown interest in collaborating with our project.
• Determine the preferred communication channels for each stakeholder (e.g., email, phone, social media).
• Draft personalised messages to introduce our project and discuss potential collaboration opportunities.
• Reach out to stakeholders via the identified communication channels.
• Monitor and track responses from stakeholders.
• Follow up with stakeholders as needed to further discuss collaboration possibilities or address any questions or concerns they may have.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Stakeholder list is compiled and documented.
• Preferred communication channels for each stakeholder are identified.
• Personalised messages are drafted and reviewed for clarity and professionalism.
• Stakeholders are contacted via their preferred communication channels.
• Responses from stakeholders are monitored and tracked.
• Follow-up actions are taken as necessary based on stakeholder responses.

Contacted:

• Jelle Posthuma, sustainability expert at Harvest House, a cooperative of greenhouses in the Netherlands that has a highly developed system for greenhouse gas emissions and incentivizing sustainability practices.

• Vera Söderberg, sustainability expert at Agronod and their project Argosfär, aimed at collecting and simplifying systems for greenhouse gas emissions by automating data collection and estimations to reduce manual labor.

• Hanne Sondergaard, EVP and Chief Agriculture and Sustainability Officer at Arla Foods, a Danish-Swedish multinational cooperative and the fifth-largest dairy company in the world, as well as the largest producer of dairy products in Scandinavia and the United Kingdom.
