Page properties image tab shows 2 sections. Featured image and Thumbnail.
There is no explanation to why there are 2 images and what is the purpose of each image is.
99% of the time, authors just want to set a featured image so it gets picked up by Teasers. There is rarely a reason why they need to use the thumbnail image option. But most normal people will associate the term "thumbnail image" to be what the featured image actually is.
If that is not confusing enough, the image selection buttons are also incohesive:
Featured image asks the user to "Pick" and "browse for file upload"
Thumbnail asks the user to "Upload image" "Select image"
