Prepare release 1.0 #165

Release 1.0 should include:

  1. Datasafe-cli
  2. SIV path encryption
  3. User profile should include app version
  4. SimpleDatasafeAdapter should be compatible with Datasafe 0.4.2
  5. Datasafe 1.0 (core) will be incompatible with Datasafe 0.6.2
