Special case for DOI resolver -> HTTPS everywhere #1

The DOI foundation recommends a new, secure resolver.

Maybe this is upto the package maintainers, but it is worthwhile (IMHO) to correct the DOI url from the old http://dx.doi.org/ into the new https://doi.org/ resolver.

Thanks, that's a good point to make - I'll update the examples.
