Error when running v4.0.0 binaries #61

If I try to run the binaries from https://github.com/advanced-security/maven-dependency-submission-action/releases/tag/v4.0.0 I get an error:

Reproduced on macos + linux

This should be resolved in 4.0.3 binaries.
