New Search Tool in ALPS

We need the option to allow users to choose that search tool in the top "Secondary" and "Learn More" either using the standard WordPress search or Relevanssi (if installed).

The test site is: https://demo.adventistbiblicalresearch.org/

Administration logins are created.

Here are the comments from our tester.

"Here is how it looks like, I search for a random word “pagan":

• Search from menu: https://www.adventistbiblicalresearch.org/?s=pagan (it shows also PDF files in search results that contains the keyword from the search)
• Search from Materials page: https://www.adventistbiblicalresearch.org/materials/?_search=pagan (it shows less results, only pages with string containing in the page. I didn’t see PDF files in search results. First search result is not related to keyword, for example: propaganda here: https://www.adventistbiblicalresearch.org/materials/covid-19-in-the-light-of-truth-and-the-lie-in-revelation/ when searching for pagan, but this material doesn’t appear in search results when searching from Search menu)"
