Duplicate Widget feature #229

Requested. Duplicate widgets (on the same page I assume. Between pages may be difficult/messy?) "Some instances where there's a need to divide content within an existing widget into 2 separate ones and in the case of whole row copying it's more a case of say having to move 1 widget to a different row."

i think the duplicate page feature just added will suffice
