"Time, Gentlemen please" game requires a custom plugin (non-implemented/non-stubbed)

Describe the problem This game (the sequel of Ben there, Dan that), requires a extra plugin. It was stubbed (but only stubbed, not reimplemented) downstream in the scummvm port, so i just though you could maybe nick it.

Suggested change Copy the scummvm implementation of the AGSNickenstienGFX plugin.

I don't think this is a bug, this is an enhancement.

If you look for the word "HACK" in ScummVm stub, there are some weird things there, that I think may make a stub in ags engine not be enough for running this game, and may require a specific plugin reimplementation - even if most stubs.
