[Auto Fuel] Item Duplication/Disappearing problems #89

I've noticed lately that Coal on the ground is added infinitely to the smelter without it getting destroyed, giving infinite fuel.

The other issue I've noticed that sometimes adding Coal or Ore to the chest destroys them without adding them to the smelter. That single chest is used to restock 3 smelters simultaneously.
