uploading ardutracker to arduino board #24

hi there, i am trying to burn ardutracker to sparkfun arduino board autopilot 
Atmega 328 but i am  getting the error as shown in the attached screen shot. 
the compiling is OK. i am not able to debug. pls suggest

You either have not selected the right board (328) or the right COM port.
