VSO classes do not resolve #5

Looks like VSO was never registered:

http://obofoundry.org/ontology/vso

Ok. Do you have suggestions for next steps? On the one hand, I agree it is best to reuse ontologies that are registered with the OBO Foundry. On the other hand, VSO has BFO as an upper-ontology, and ONTONEO also reuses it, so it still seems to go against the spirit of the principle of reuse to introduce new IRIs for concepts we intend to use identically.

Where is VSO? As Chris said, it is not in the OBO registry or PURL system.
