Tutorial 2 does not make use of BEAUti yet #38

Now that there is a BEAUti template, it would be nice to make use of it in these tutorials. The layout in Tutorial 1 could be used as a basis for what this should look like.

Tutorial 3 now makes use of BEAUti to get the XML started but requires further tweaking.

there is so much work to do on the tutorials that this issue is no longer helpful
