When editing a raw file, the raw developer's module gives plenty tools to satisfy the needs, colour wise. But when importing a tif or any other image it's not so. IMO a "propper" colour tool would help, I attached photoshop's colour balance tool - as it's one of the most powerfull and simply implemented - as example. Having lows, mids and HL separated it's a good idea.
This is perhaps something too particular and most people don't need it, I thought that by leaving the request here could maybe generate some (other) user's feedback. Thank you =)
