Feat request: show layer's name when in mask mode

When there are many layers (very often) and I'm on the mask section I sometimes forget which layer I was editing, so a little reminder of the layer's name would be cool =)

A couple of suggestions up reads faster, down it's out of the way and there's more real-estate

PS Forgot about the tools' dropdown... so doesn't make sense (would be confussing) to be on the bottom

That's a very good suggestion, and relatively easy to implement... I've taken note for next version.
