Seems to have resolved. Builds fine for me now.

afs1jes commented 1 year ago

only the first sheet leverages the selections... other sheets used fixed column headers. This is the same as in Prod.

The labor cost report sheet does not have the same column when i run actuals 2022

afs1jes commented 1 year ago

The "Labor Cost Report" and "Labor cost Report BP" sheets use fixed years. I agree that they don't match what I see in Prod, but does this need to be somehow tied to the selected year?

I edited so that the years match production columns.

Returned for retest.

Headcount report doesn't retrive data

AVHuntley commented 1 year ago

Okay I've updated this again to get it to match prod.

I'm not sure why, but the 'Headcount' sheet was marked as 'Disabled'. In prod it was working, so I re-migrated that. It's only an ad hoc grid in prod, which means now it will update values when the model is run.

The first sheet doesnt retrieve the headcount numbers

AVHuntley commented 1 year ago

They are not being retrieved on prod either. The numbers you're seeing there are in the template, and that dataset is not being updated because the member names don't exist in the cube. On prod, the big clue would be the last sheet in the built model, called "ErrorsAndWarnings". On prod, it looks like this: Image

I'm not sure when the member names were altered on prod, but it looks like that issue doesn't exist on Dev.
