Add an open manpage to menu #6

If you open mupman and then view a manpage it open the normal mup interface but if you wanted to view a see also part of the link you would either have to use a run dialog or return to a terminal and run mupman again. Even if they are not see also link being able to open manpages from the menu would be nice. although clickable see also links would be another feature for mupman.

I want to avoid adding code specific to a particular markup to MUP itself, but I plan to rework the manpage converter to turn references to other man pages into links (it has been driving me nuts for too long :))
