incorrect link when it has "/#" #361

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. if the link in table like this

2. after convert to html

the link is becomes:
https://gerrit-review.googlesource.com/\#/c/35850/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ubuntu/windows
