How to set the titles of diaries? #376

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Write a new diary entry.
2. Build diary index page
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expectation: Diaries displayed as their %title in Diary index page.
Instead we see: Date of Diaries displayed in the Diary index page. Or 1st 
header displayed in the diary index page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Vimwiki: 2.0.1
OS: Ubuntu
