Spark Component #281

Name of the component: Spark

What would you like to be added: Create a new component

Why is this needed? : A couple of our hot prospects use Spark. We would like to demonstrate that we can deploy Slack from our Happy Meal.

This should just be a single-container MVP using an existing canned helm chart that uses the DefaultStorageClass or local, ephemeral storage.

We have got confirmation from the customer, they are very interested in this component. We might want to provide super quick implementation of it as an alpha release
