Build UGRC's gis.utah.gov website to adhere to DGO guidelines for agency websites, using the Utah Design System, and other elements outlined by DGO and DTS.

1. Solutions > By Audience

Define content for each of the following pages. Rather than cards, the format will be like https://gis-utah.netlify.app/solutions/for-government/.

2. Discuss how to handle data pages.

A little history, we had the data packages all bundled up in a zip file and then each item available individually. maintaining that was a pain so we got rid of the packages and now we have this awkward middle ground where we have some pages with multiple datasets and some with only one

The website was launched yesterday. There is more work to do, which will be defined in new PI objectives for Q4 and onward.
