Support for RTM, or, more generally, a function to read any/and all text that 
gets sent to the notification bar. 
i.e. Read the first X words of any message that pops up in the notification 
bar. 
exclusions in that case would be useful, for instance, don't bother reading 
missed call messages, other things that people might not want to hear.
