Widget doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1once you set up the widget on the desktop,it works fine.you can enable and 
disable the app
2.but after some time,it doesnt work at all!you can touch it all the times you 
want that it wont do anything.
3.the only thing that you can do is to take it out of the desktop and set it 
again altough it would happen all these steps again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?

Hello,

Thanks for your report.

A lot of users report this issue, but I'm not able to reproduce it. Please 
uninstall SayMyName and install it again afterwards. This should fix your 
problem.
