QR Code compliance base64 string #16

Shouldn't the qr code show specific set of information in base64 string rather taking you to th public invoice link

@ahmadpak When I look at the code I see you have implemented the base64code. but when scanning it take to the erpnext public print link

Fixed in erpnext v13.15.2 release
