Add event start and end date to event page #36

Add event start and end date to the event detail page by checking "startDate" and "endDate" parameters.

http://www.swifttube.co/event/UIKonf2019 page should have 27 - 28 May 2019 as the dates. http://www.swifttube.co/event/swiftheroes2019 page should have 15 Nov 2019 as the date.
