Changed error message for process interruptions. #20

@ahoward I was running systemu from a delayed_job worker. I killed the worker while it was processing, and I got that message. It took me a while to track it down, that's why I added "systemu" to the error message :) (I also got it during development, but I dont remember the exact conditions...probably some other catastrophic failures)

Perhaps you could come up with a better message, but I just thought I would say the source of the error in the message at least (i.e. systemu)

fair enough. i'll merge, bump the version, and release a new gem. look for it shortly.
