Some incorrect flags

My team was looking at the flags and looks like there are some incorrect ones.

• -African Union incorrect flag-
• [x] Indonesia (top color wrong)
• [x] Iraq outdated flag (2004-2008)
• -Myanmar outdated flag (1974-2010)-
• [x] Northern Ireland unofficial

I can work on this myself, but it would help if you could give me commit access to the project and publish access to npm.
