Restores the e2e test by fixing various broken paths and minor test failures.

Changes:

Updates paths for gridspec data in fv3post regridding to allow image build and workflow step
Updates paths for microphysics emulation example data in fv3fit tests
Fixes a broken regression test in fv3kube
Fixes a stale argo installation test.
