feat: python setup guide and openai config

Thank you! This is helpful but I think we need to modify it a little bit:

• I'm using miniconda, happy to have instruction for both that and venv but curious what the best practices here are (still new to Python)
• we should definitely be loading a .env for the crew code, and CrewAI's latest version requires three env vars depending on what config you're using (listed below)
• it'd be nice to automate some of the config (setup venv, setup .env, etc), even just through simple scripts rather than having to copy these files and fill in that thing. how do we make this super simple? (the answer could be replit too having a copy there would be really useful but had some issue with bun)
• there's a small conflict after merging the last PR that needs to be resolved
• :+1: to the requirements.txt, meant to generate that before and might need a new one if we upgrade deps

@whoabuddy Actually I think you're more up to speed on Python than me. Conda / microconda seems to solve having to set up a venv for each project. I kept thinking there has to be a package manager similar to npm 😆

I recommend scrapping this and using microconda but just adding relevant setup info. Will catch up to speed on it myself.
