CCO: integrate more cloud providers #35

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No, there are no problems, only a request to add more cloud providers except for AWS (Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM)

Describe the solution you'd like The current research we conducted focused on Amazon Web Services (AWS). In addition to AWS, we can extend CCO's capabilities by using APIs from other cloud service providers, such as Azure, Google etc., and suggest the best instance according to the user requirements, not only in AWS, but in any cloud provider that is available.
