Hi! Im interested in your project Nissl-neuron-Fiji-Measurement-Macro Im asking that is this model can measure the stain which is fluorescent？ Should I alter the raw code and train the model on weka?

sorry I forgot that I want to measure the axon length, so can it measure the axon length?
