Revert to jqTree 1.4.1 #133

The current jqTree v1.4.12 has errorneous touch implementation.

jqTree v1.4.1 works fine and does not break the commits related to issues #118 (https://github.com/aimeos/ai-admin-jqadm/commit/5b799a7e696db1cb29cb971405892e69a121e20f) and #119 (https://github.com/aimeos/ai-admin-jqadm/commit/23fc9daeabf93d4603c4f4b640392eee7f060819).
