Fix multiarch.yml #16

I made a fix to the .github/workflows/multiarch.yml file which will fix the current GitHub Actions error and updated the dependencies in the file.

The main problem with the current error is the Alpine version, which is listed as 3.19, but you need to use '3.20' to work correctly.
