Refresh (or directly accessing any url besides root) doesn't work on github pages #11

Steps to recreate:

  1. Go to https://airpartners.github.io/aq-web-client (it will redirect to the home page of the first device).
  2. Click refresh. You should get a github pages 404 page.
  3. Type in any other valid URL besides the root (https://airpartners.github.io/aq-web-client, e.g. https://airpartners.github.io/aq-web-client/SN000-045/Home) and you'll get the 404 page.

no longer using gh pages, moved to firebase last gh pages release: https://github.com/airpartners/aq-web-client/releases/tag/vFinal_GHPages
