Currently the README that is the landing page of the repo has just brief instructions on how to use the package. We should edit this file and add text that, at least:

explains the goal of the package
introduces the AIRR Software Group
links to https://www.antibodysociety.org/the-airr-community/airr-working-groups/software/
provides installation instructions
