is Site.airs:excludesFromWebsite needed? #40

submitted by resource specialist: "Site.airs:excludesFromWebsite – this field is for internal purposes only. Where the owner of the data has decided whether they will or will not publish the agency’s information on their public website. I do not see how this fits into data sharing."

Didn't make v0.0.11 changes, but should be made in v0.0.12.
