isLocatedatCrossStreet and hasDirections seems to be the same thing? #46

I have not seen this as a separate data field in any of the data sets I’ve looked at. It is addressed, if appropriate in the Directions field...which you have made allowances for in the model.

It was from the AIRS XML Schema: https://code.google.com/p/airs-xml/source/browse/tags/3.1/airs.xsd#353 . Do any others think they are redundant? I can see a semantic difference between the two, but is there any practical reason to have them broken out, especially since we have the address?
