AIAP : Add support for IPV6 infra to test Airship-in-a-pod in Zuul Gates #662

The current test in Zuul Gates for AIAP is limited to IPV4. With the new changes to support dualstack, there is need to upgrade the Zuul Gates setup to provide a IPV6 infra to ensure test for each of IPV4/IPV6 and dualstack (IPV4+IPV6) capabilities.

I have already put in effort on this (as a part of testing Dualstack for Treasuremap). You could assign this to me
