The current codebase does not support multiple users controlling a single jukebox. Party Mode! Enhancement Future

Party mode sounds awesome, but I don't think that the 'Jukebox' is particularly useful(I run my server on an actual server, not an audio-equipped desktop). Chromecast is much more useful (for me). We could emulate the YouTube app, where multiple users are able to control the same queue.

I have no idea what this would entail; assigning to the Future milestone.

I actually forked subsonic a couple years ago to do just this. It was not a small change but it worked quite well. My boss uses a copy of it all the time. Multiple users share a single playlist that is stored on the server. An admin gets control of the list but other jukebox enabled users can browse whats added and queue songs to the end. I don't see any reason why the playlist has to be restricted to the one used by the local soundcard.

A play queue where multiple users can add songs to sounds like a very nice feature that I would use a lot!

Multi-user control would be great. I'm running it on a server in my house with wireless speakers.
