I have many folders. I checked them found the files gone, maybe I  deleted the files by mistake. I found out yesterday that those files can be run again using another folder.  So if I meet the same problem, I will feedback to you, thank you so much.

And I meet anther problem, when I click "run model ", the program will not run. it just like this picture. I have attached the litmod.inp bodies_GU.out and bodies_GUI_envelops.out  files  corresponding to this issue. Please could you tell me how to resolve it or I have something else to pay attention?

Looking the output I can see that the code ran successfully. It is only the plotting part. Could you please tell me how did you install? Standalone or docker way?

I would suggest you test your installation with the model here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1eA0KXxl0w-6PDswUkAfeHKnmp9uJuzTZ/view?usp=sharing

By docker way, and no matter how the model is modified, the output results remain unchanged now.

the code

Zqgong97 commented 1 year ago

The test model can run successfully. It shouldn't be a software installation issue.

ajay6763 commented 1 year ago

To resolve this, you will have to send me the input files that I asked you before. These errors are related to your specific model. Installation is fine.

Please email them to me at ajay6763 [at] gmail.com

It may be a problem with me ploting or modifying the model, although I don't know the specific reason yet, it may be related to my sedimentary layer drawing exceeding 0km. And if there is a lack of sedimentary layer in a certain area, these two areas cannot be connected together in the subsequent modification process. Thank you for your patient answer. I can now run my model, although there is a slight difference between the measured and estimated values. I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me some knowledge about model modification.

In the process of operation, I encountered another error, may I ask what is the cause of this problem? 1684397468620

This simply means that the finite element solution for the temperature is not converging. In most cases, we always get convergence, and this could be specifically related to your model. I will be a bit more specific if you could hare your thermal parameters.

I have attached all my parameters. Please check your email. Thank you so much again.

I did not receive any email. Where did you send it to?
