Primarily updated help section, new instructions for initialization panel, and display of selected file/directory for initialization panel

HOWEVER, the paths displayed are ugly (sanitized). This should be adjusted.

Because seeing some feedback for files displayed is a significant functionality benefit, I will merge this. However, the entire initialization panel definitely needs a rework.
