add ENADE microdata #235

no deadline. enade microdata are used to evaluate undergraduate courses from different universties in Brazil and are of great interest. thanks

Thanks Henrique. The idea was just to call Anthony's attention to the importance of adding ENADE microdata to lowdown

hi @DjalmaPessoa @henriquepgomide here's the first draft of the enade entry[1]. if you have revisions, please make them in the metadata [2]? hopefully will turn green on sisyphus[3] soon. thanks

I just finished the enclosed example. The columns CAD and ORGAC don't match. I'm trying to check what is wrong, should be using the wrong filter

@DjalmaPessoa the inep website changed and the microdata are no longer available there? i found a separate website here, but it does not have the 2015 data set. could you figure out if this inep website change is permanent, and if so, what happened to 2015? thanks

enclosed is a replication example for students taking the enade examination for the Economics course. This replicates the Table 3.2 in page 36 of :
