Add default boards per screen size

Description

Self explanatory - pretty much the same as the columns slider in board/{board}/customize I use Homarr on my PC and on my phone, and having to manually switch to the mobile board is pretty annoying, especially since my the default one (desktop) has a bunch of integrations which slows the page down. Here's an example of how it might look:

I think there can be a toggle switching between default per size and default for all sizes, so if someone doesn't want this feature, they can just disable the toggle.
