Deleting a Publisher causes the application to silently crash #44

Describe the bug Received this feedback from a brother via email:

Just to let you know that I found a bug in the last version [24.3.0]. When you try to cancel one of the publishers in the publisher list of the congregation, the program crashes and leaves out. At the restart of the program, the publisher was effectively cancelled. I hope this information helps you to fix the problem. Thank you very much for everything.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to 'Publishers Database'
  2. Select the Publisher to delete
  3. Click the Delete button and confirm.
  4. Application will silently crash.

I was able to reproduce this bug on my computer. The crash only happens when the Publisher is not assigned to a Field Service Group. I have adjusted the code to detect this scenario.
